Thomas Berglund, owner of Almnäs Bruk, will be in town all the way from Sweden to lead our class. You will learn about the farm, its history, and their cheesemaking technique while you delight your palate with their cheeses.

Your ticket includes four (1oz) tasters of cheese, two small bite pairings from the kitchen, and two mini Swedish libations from our bar.
